Our goal at Giftsngreets.com is to ensure delivery on the day as mentioned by the customers. We understand that it is a gesture that can replace the unspoken words on the special occasion and thus we strive to make sure that we meet the delivery date specified in the order.

Giftsngreets will deliver all non perishable good via courier / posts services within 4 - 5 days, it is always advisable that customers should place their order for such goods well in advance to avoid last minute disappointments.

In case of occasions / festivals it is recommended that customers place their orders at least 5 days in advance , due to seasonal rush, it is always advisable that customers should place their order well in advance to avoid last minute disappointments.

3. What are the various payment modes available?

We accept all International and Indian Credit Cards and Debit cards. We also offer payment option through Net-Banking, PayPal.

4. Can I have a Personalized Message on the Cake?

Yes! However, please specify your message with "Message on Cake" in the comments column, while placing the order.

5. I am looking for a specific shape/style in Cake, can you design it for me?

At Giftsngreets we do not take customized orders. Any item, out of the product list available on the Website can be made available to you.

There are no hidden costs. The price is inclusive of shipping charges, charged by Giftsngreets for delivery of the product.

11. Are the items delivered as per the display on the Web Pages?

Pictures displayed on the Giftsngreets.com for perishable goods are Indicative and may vary in shape, size and colour in case of flowers / Roses / Bouquets due to seasons.

12. What if the recipient's address is wrong or the recipient no longer stays there?

Giftsngreets will inform you of such an event. You can inform us to change the receiver's address within 24 hrs of receiving our message, else your order will be cancelled and no refund will be made. But in no circumstances will the gift be changed, or in case of perishable commodities, will a fresh one be delivered.

13. What happens if the recipient is not available at the given address at the time of delivery?

If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, delivery boy would hand over the product to other members available at that address/ contact the neighbours/ reception of the premises; as the case may be, and would take the acknowledgement.
