• Any defects found in the gifts other than cakes, shall be reported by the recipient or you, within 24 hours of the delivery of the gift.
  • Complaints on perishable items should be reported within 4 hours after delivery time via email only and all the complaints are to be reported with a picture of damaged goods in JPG, JPEG or PDF format only.
  • Requests for cancellation of orders would be entertained till 4 working days before the delivery date and Giftsngreets will repay the amount within 45 working days from the date of confirmation of cancellation of the said order by us.
  • Giftsngreets would repay the amount after deducting service charges in respect of Perishable Gifts which are not purchased as on the date of cancellation. By the date of cancellation if the Non Perishable item is purchased, Giftsngreets would imply cancellation fee on the same.
  • Giftsngreets reserve the right to cancel any order without assigning any reasons. This will be regardless of whether the payment has been received/confirmed. Payment for the cancelled orders would be paid back to you within 45 working days from the date of our cancellation.
